Who am I?
I'm Michelle, an ILM* accredited coach for executives and senior leaders, with a focus on small business leaders
I spent nearly 30 years in the IT industry working on projects and programmes, with long hours, nationwide commuting and staying away from home - a demanding lifestyle that required full commitment and was also a lot of fun
During this time I was running a property business, had a child, and worked with a local charity, so I truly understand the multi-tasking that business leaders have to manage
Whilst I thrived on the buzz of delivering to demanding customers, busyness and loved the camaraderie of achieving shared goals, there came a time when being away from home all the time, and the commitment the job required just weren't working for me any more

Having decided to leave the corporate world, I reflected on what I'd loved and had kept me committed for so long. It was the sense of achievement from building teams, achieving together and in particular, supporting and growing other members of the team
I then had some truly transformational life coaching and decided to take a formal coaching accreditation
Conscious that there are a lot of coaches, and a lot of coaching courses, I trained in the ILM* Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring Executives and Senior Leaders, a master's level accreditation that was equally tough and rewarding
The impact and transformations in my clients cemented my belief and love of coaching, and started a lifelong learning journey!
Inspiring change
"A supportive coach is a catalyst for personal and professional growth. By creating an environment of trust and encouragement, we empower leaders to transform their challenges into stepping stones toward success"
"Coaching is not about giving advice. It's about guiding the client to find their own answers" Shams Rahman
“Coaching is unlocking people’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is more often helping them to learn rather than teaching them” John Whitmore
